Dry Whites

Chardonnay 2020 (American)
Pear & floral notes and a hint of oak open up this bold wine that pairs well with any fish.

Goshen White
This estate-grown white is a blend of Albarino and Pinot Grigio. This bright and crisp white has aromas of citrus and saline with subtle hints of stone fruit and white flowers. Underneath as it breathes there are notes of minerality, reminding us of rain on cement on a warm summer day. The salinity is expressed in this light bodied, high to medium acid wine, on first taste with the citrus continuing through all palate levels. This will pair very well with high acid cheeses, seafood boil and lemon cheesecake.

Pinot Gris 2024
Aromas of of green apple, honeydew, and white peaches quickly come across with subtle hints of pineapple and white flowers. This varietal, a parent to pinot grigio, offers a refreshingly light experience. On the palate, expect fresh peach and honeysuckle, making it a perfect choice for summer enjoyment. Pair this wine with dishes like fillet of sole with mango chutney, chicken Waldorf salad on a croissant, or for a sweet ending try peach melba.
Semi-Sweet

Rosé
Immediate aromas of raspberry with hints of strawberry and lemon come out. The flavor bursts with fresh berries and unfolds into flavors of melon and vanilla towards the finish. With 3% residual sugar, it holds a sweetness that will win over the non-wine drinkers, while still satisfying even the driest wine drinker’s palate. Pair it with goat cheese, brie with fig jam, an acai bowl, or chicken with a berry compote.

Moscato
Orange zest and white flowers on the nose with a marmalade and floral flavors this beautiful aromatic wine pairs well with lndian food or food with lots of herbs.

Nebbiolo

Cultivated in New Jersey’s sandy soils, this stunning garnet-colored wine offers hints of allspice, paprika and lavender. Light-bodied and pleasing on the palate, it presents a variety of flavors including black pepper and vanilla, with lower acidity compared to most red wines. Pair it harmoniously with seasoned pork tenderloin, cheddar cheese or chicken parmigiana.

This ruby red wine opens with a bouquet rich in smoked cedar and hints of bell pepper. It boasts a lower tannic structure and offers flavors of dark cherries and plums, underscored by an overall earthy profile. Tempranillo 2021
Estate Grown and a major nobel grape of Spain, this wine has hints of strawberries, spices, leather and fresh tobacco. This wine will grow a little more savory and earthy with bottle aging. lt pairs well with chili and spicy lndian foods.

Cabernet Franc
This beautifully true franc has the notes of green pepper and mustard seed on the nose, with all kinds of pepper on the palate. Pairs well with Asian food and Hispanic foods.

Captain Vinho
A port style red wine blend. Made as a traditional Bordeaux style blend, then fortified with neutral spirits, this wine is perfect for after dinner or sipping by the fire. Semi- sweet.

Blueberry
Fresh, ripe blueberries from the Pine Barrens of Southern New Jersey bring a bold, fruitiness to this wine. A sweet & tart, vibrant flavor on the palate. The unique appeal of this blueberry wine lies in its vibrant flavor, aromatic profile, and versatile nature. Whether enjoyed alone or mixed with food, this wine delivers a delight that captivates the palate and leaves a lasting impression. 3% residual sugar.

Cherry Jubilee
Crafted from 100% fresh local cherries, this light and refreshing wine is ideal for summer sipping, sangria, or as an after-dinner dessert. It opens with an abundance of cherry aromas complemented by hints of banana, jasmine, and vanilla. The wine unfolds with complexity, offering flavors of ripe cherry, coconut, and butter cookies. With only 3% residual sugar, it strikes a perfect balance, avoiding excessive sweetness. Pair this with creamy cheeses on water crackers, a nice pork tenderloin, or over vanilla ice cream.
